His experience spans building and leading global finance organizations, driving system and process transformations, and executing cross-border integrations across Europe, the US, and APAC.
As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, Oded focuses on aligning financial strategy with long-term value creation, supporting data-driven decision-making, and preparing organizations for major inflection points, including rapid scale, strategic transactions, and capital markets readiness.
