
Manager, Sales Development – Insider Threat
Job Description
As the BDR Manager at Teramind, you will hire, train, coach, and lead a team of world-class Business Development Representatives, and own a quarterly pipeline goal.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of our sales prospecting process. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and lead the team to success while supporting their development with creativity and execution. The ideal candidate will be a coach with a deep understanding of how to overcome common obstacles.
This is an opportunity to manage a critical function within Teramind, as well as develop the members of the BDR team and prepare them for the next stages of their careers.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Recruit, train, develop playbooks, and guide the Business Development team responsible for inbound/outbound prospecting and qualifying leads
- Manage pipeline performance – collecting metrics, meeting KPIs and continually optimizing processes
- Leverage HubSpot and other tools to create and manage team workflows and pipeline, using the CRM’s data to improve and inform processes
- Provide reviews, mentoring and professional development to team
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enrich each customer’s journey and to develop/execute nurturing campaigns
- 2+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS
