Platform Release 716 contains 308 new features, improvements, and bug fixes from Windows Agent 24.45, Mac Agent 24.45, Web 24.47.1, Server 24.45, and BI 24.42 as well as other components since the last release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User Activity Monitoring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Support for Island Browser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Webpages, instant messages (chats), and online meetings on the Island<\/em> browser are now being tracked. Customers using the Island browser can also apply Webpages <\/em>rules and use the SUSPEND MONITORING WHEN THESE WEBSITES ARE VISITED<\/em> option to limit the tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New OS Version Criterion in Applications Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The new OS Version<\/em> criterion of the Applications <\/em>rule can be used to detect the OS version installed on the user\u2019s computer. For example: \u2018Windows 10\u2019, \u2018Windows 11\u2019, etc. The OS version matching the trigger will be shown in the alert\u2019s description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The detected version of the OS will be displayed in the alert’s description on the BI Reports<\/em>   > Behavior Alerts<\/em> and the Behavior <\/em>> Alerts <\/em>reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now use the Shared Access Signature (SAS) Token<\/em> to access your Azure storage bucket, in addition to the Primary Access Token<\/em>. This update provides more flexibility for secure access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to Use a Custom Proxy Certificate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Previously, the Mac Agent came with its own proxy certificate named \u201cInternet Widgits\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you will be able to use your own custom certificate and assign it whatever Common Name (CN)<\/em> you want. For example, \u201cACME Proxy Certificate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nUse Cases:<\/b> The proxy certificate is necessary for intercepting HTTPS traffic. However, having a fixed CN might expose its presence to the users. This feature will help you change the CN and other details effectively hiding the SSL injection and the Agent interception from casual observers.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
