Furthermore, you can configure the upload to take place during off-peak hours only &#8211; making the operation smoother. If no value or a 0 value is set in the field, the bandwidth will be unlimited.<\/li><li>The <strong>TIMEFRAME TO UPLOAD COLLECTED DATA<\/strong> lets you specify a time range for the upload activity. This will async the upload of the video\/audio recordings. You can drag the two sliders to adjust the time. We\u2019ve added the ability to override the default domain name for enhanced privacy, easier ways to customize network monitoring, and updated keystroke capture for special characters in addition to the new features listed below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control Employee Access with the Remote Lock\/Unlock Feature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quickly lock out an employee remotely when you detect any malicious intent and minimize ongoing damage with the new <strong>Lock <\/strong>feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/UNRY2mDT70W_DiOaUZjfvJIG3AfUlqN77LuakMVL-jBbB6Amg03ze19bSX8SoTNK5uSoWm_arx-J5E8Lp1xd6g0_3W0baApRFOSFg_QeWzVTUxtsNb_93rfXqBTxzFs1HBUGSpctB16jOtLaJIawOg\" alt=\"Active Directory with Teramind\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>Status<\/em> column will show if the employee is Locked or Active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you apply the <strong>Lock<\/strong> action, the employee will be taken to the lock screen immediately if they are online. Once the lock feature is enabled, it will continue to work even when the employee is offline. Now, the dashboard will display information for all nodes including the <em>Master<\/em> and <em>BI<\/em> nodes for a single unified view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Optimized Saving of Screen &amp; Audio Recordings: <\/strong>Previously, empty folders would be created even if screen and audio recordings were disabled. We\u2019ve updated the recording mechanism so that the server will create folders only when required (e.g., before writing a recording), allowing you to save storage volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Streamlined Screen Update Requests: <\/strong>Teramind Server sends a screen update request to the Agent periodically.
